So Chic can dispatch goods to any location within the UK. Delivery charge will apply to every order.

Customer Orders
A range of So Chic products are held in stock by manufacturers in which case they are considered ready for dispatch. Made to order products take longer to deliver as the item will be made especially for the customer, the delivery time frames set on our site allow for the making and shipping of the item. Delivery times for certain products may vary as this depends on our suppliers, but times are stated by each product. Some of our manufacturers may be able to complete a consignment in less time, if you require an item urgently, please contact us prior to placing the order and we can make the relevant enquiries.

When an order is held with our manufacturer we aim to deliver within 15 days. Items made to order may take up to 6 weeks. However we aim to deliver within 28 days. When purchasing multiple items, you will be required to take the longest delivery time set into account.

Delivery Prices
Prices are determined by the value of the product and can be found on check out, shipping will also be applied. Surcharges apply to all UK areas and a congestion charge may also apply to furniture deliveries made into the London area.

Assembly
Most furniture items will be delivered flat packed which helps us cut the cost of the final delivery price. At this time, we are unfortunately unable to provide an assembly service. However our items are relatively straight forward to assemble and require simple tools.

If you have any concerns have someone help you assemble the item and remember to be patient. The finished product will be more than worth it.

1. The item is best assembled in the room it is to be placed in.
2. Give yourself room.
3. Protect any surfaces you are building the item on.
4. As with any self assembly space the items out so you can identify each piece.
5. Remember to remove any protective film.
6. We strongly recommend keeping any packaging and boxing until the item is fully assembled.
7. Get someone to help with any heavy parts and always have them on hand to help in general.

Please note: Once you have began to assemble the item it can no longer be returned.
